What if I’m not sure which visa or permit I need?
That’s exactly what the legal assessment is for. Just tell us what you’re trying to do (e.g. work, stay with a partner, switch permits), and the lawyer will advise what applies to your case.
Is this enough to apply for my permit?
You’ll walk away with legal clarity and a personalised action plan. If you’re confident to apply on your own, go ahead. If your case needs legal support, you can choose to upgrade to full lawyer representation.
